Hi! My name is David, and I will talk about the BMX.

The BMX is a cycling mode and it was born in California. It is an extreme sport, so to practise it, you need a helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, gloves and wide shoes. The bike must be in good conditions to resist.

You can do many tricks, that are acrobatics that bikers do. There is a wide variety of tricks:

·         Bunny hop (a jump)
·         Nollie (a jump to the other side )
·         Fakie (go back )
·         180  (jump and put in 180º )
·         Manual (balance maintaining the high front Wheel )

The bike is smaller than usual bikes, to make them easier to handle. According to your height, you should use one or another to be more comfortable.
The BMX have different modalities. For example, in the race, it is done in a similar track than motocross tracks. The soil is loamy sand and the bikes are prepared to that environment.
The world Championship, has different sub-modalities, dirt jump, Flatland, Park, Vert, Street and Street flat land.
