The Bicycle

I chose this means of personal transport and sport, because I can enjoy it and it’s a good way to go around the cities, countryside, mountains and beaches.
Another thing I like about, it is that I can do various sports or activities such as: running, climbing low mountains, participating in jumping competition...

To take part in these activities, you can find different types of bicycles.
Mountain bikes for walks and runs. It is a bicycle designed for off-road cycling. Mountain bikes share similarities with other bikes, but incorporate features designed to enhance durability and performance in rough terrain. These typically include suspension, more durable heavy duty wheels and more powerful brakes.

A track bicycle or track bike is a bicycle optimized for racing at a velodrome or outdoor track. Tires are narrow and inflated to high pressure to reduce rolling resistance.

BMX bikes are specially designed to practice BMX (Bicycle Moto Cross), mode of cycling derived from motocross in which tricks and stunts are performed. BMX bikes are small in size for greater maneuverability, they have wide handlebars for greater bike control, they provide metal supports for tricks and they usually carry the saddle in its lowest position so it does not interfere with jumping.
