A Sponge Cake

Here you have my recipe for a Sponge Cake

Ingredients:
·         Olive oil
·         Flour
·         Yeast
·         Sugar
·         1 Lemon
·         4 Eggs
·         1 yoghurt



Steps to follow:
1- Put the yogurt in a bowl
2- Fill the yogurt container 3 times with flour, 2 times with sugar and once with oil.
3- Pour in 4 eggs and mix everything well in the bowl.
4- Finally pour in the yeast and add a little lemon liquid and again, mix everything well.

5- Finally place the bowl in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
