A RECIPE: CREPES


Hi guys! 

In this entry to the blog I will explain to you a recipe of crepes. Enjoy them!

INGREDIENTS:
For 8 crepes:
  • 250g of flour.
  • 4 eggs and ½ litres of full-cream milk.
  • 50g of butter.
  • 10g of sugar.
  • A nibble of salt.


TOOLS:
  • A bowl.
  • A beater of rib.
  • A frying pan.
  • A ladle.
  • A spatula.
·INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. First, we have to pour in a bowl the 250g of flour, the 4 eggs, the milk, the sugar and salt bit by bit. With the beater we whip all. The dough has to be liquid.
  2. The dough remains for 5 minutes. After, we spread the butter into  the frying pan and we wait until the frying pan is warm. To do the crepes, we take the dough with a ladle and distribute it on the frying pan.
  3. After 1 minute in the frying pan in slow cooking, we take the spatula and we turn around for 1 minute more.
  4. We repeat these  actions to do all the crepes.
