The students of 3rd ESO have been preparing
a project in English and Computer classes. They have designed a tale in a
computer programme with some dialogues in English. The aim of these dialogues is
to reinforce the grammar of the unit and also to be familiar with some new
vocabulary related to the emotions. The results are amazing!!!! Just click on
the pictures if you want to see two examples. Enjoy!

NO MORE EXPLOTIONS
Oh no,

Many people dying and we don't know
Imagine are your partners you will help them, help them, whoa
Waste time just sharing peace (x2)
You move your body with me (x2)
You have the opportunity (x2)
Let's start living in peace and not living dangerously

Peace come here baby,
We need to talk with you in this moment, whoa-oh

The Six Eras of Lady Gaga
·
LADY GAGA the Fame (August 19, 2008):
The first era in Lady Gaga’s career begins when
her first album, The Fame, is released. In her songs, performances and fashion
style, she focuses on themes of fame, money, sex and sexual identity. Her sound
and look during this time are influenced by 80s pop music and glam rockers
Queen and David Bowie.
·
LADY GAGA THE FAME
MONS┼ER (November 18, 2009):
The Fame Monster marks the second
era in Gaga history in which she explores the dark clothing, lace and elaborate
masks. Lady Gaga wore her famous meat dress to the MTV Video Music Awards,
displaying her rejection of the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy. She did her
first worldwide tour called The Monster Ball Tour.
·
LADY GAGA BORN THIS
WAY (May 23, 2011):
Lady Gaga releases her second studio album, Born This Way, and begins her third
era. The controversial album covers political, sexual, and religious topics,
but has one overall message: love and respect yourself and others. She started
her second world tour called The Born This Way Ball with that era.
·
LADY GAGA ARTPOP (November
11, 2013):
Although the album has already
yet to be released, Lady Gaga’s performance at the 2013 VMAs gave her little
monsters a peek at her new album’s concept. In this era Gaga talks about
different aspects as they are mythology, astronomy, feminism and sexuality.
With that era we saw a colourful and more artistic Gaga. She had her third tour
called ARTRAVE: the ARTPOP tour.
·
LADY GAGA CHEEK TO CHEEK (September 19, 2014):
Lady Gaga drew the line with
Cheek to Cheek. That CD makes the difference because is a jazz album. The album
is released with the famous jazz singer Tony Bennett. That era is so different
to the others. She started a tour with Tony Bennett named Cheek to Cheek Tour.
This era was so important to the artist because she released her voice power.
·
LADY GAGA JOANNE (October
21, 2016):
After some years without new Lady
Gaga music we have Joanne. This album has been released the 21st of two months
ago. The title of this CD is in honour of her aunt Joanne, died when she was
19. That era has started now but we can see a more adult way to be of Gaga. The
Lady Gaga of nowadays doesn’t wear unusual dresses and strange wigs. She is
totally different of her beginning.

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, the film
This November 18 2016, it came out the famous movie ‘Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them’,
directed by David Yates and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures. It’s a
prequel of the Harry Potter film series. The film was produced and written by
J. K. Rowling.
In this film, they show us the differences between the
magicians of England and the United States. As well, it shows us their
relationship with the 'No-Maj' or 'Muggles' (no-magical people). We can also
see the differences between the lifestyles of magicians in both countries
(there is a lot of differences).
PLOT:
Located in 1926. Newt Scamander is a magician that has
an old suitcase full of magical creatures he has been collecting in his travels
around the world. His objective is to arrive to New York but in this new
adventure, Newt will discover that the American magic community is hiding from
muggles (called non-maj in America). For this reason, the exposition of magic
in public has worse consequences than in the UK. He meets with a Muggle named
Jacob, who first causes problems but later helps a lot. After there, some Newt’s
fantastic creatures ecaped from his suitcase and caused problems in the magical
world and in the Muggle’s world. Newt, looks desperately for all the creatures
with Jacob’s help.
What will happen at the end? Will anyone stop it? Will
they get it?
I invite you to watch the film and enjoy it as much as
I do, being or not fan of Harry Potter film series. I give it the highest score
and I recommend it 100%.
CHARACTERS:
Newt Scamander is a lonely
man, shy and a bit strange, but with an unconditional love for the magical
creatures.
Jacob Kowalski is
the 'No-Maj' or 'muggle' who helps a lot to the principal character and is
funny
Porpentina
Goldstein (she's a witch) is a strong girl who does things for
herself.
Percival Graves is the
villain of the film and is very manipulating.

Dragon Ball Z
Hi bloggers!
Dragon Ball Z is a Japanese anime television
series. It focuses on Son Goku, Bulma, and the search of the legendary Dragon
Balls, seven balls that must be reunited to bring up the Shenron dragon that
can make any wish come true. After the wish had come true, the balls are
distributed worldwide again and are turned into stone for a year. They have to
collect them all. However, a great inventor, Bulma, creates a "Dragon Ball
radar" to detect the balls and make the process much easier.
Young people find other people who will join them
with as the story goes by. Son Goku will search the Dragon Balls and will challenge
all kinds of people to become the strongest man in the universe.
I love this television cartoons because I saw them
when I was little with my brother and when I see again some chapter I remember
those times.

Percy Jackson & The Olympians
Hi bloggers!!
Today I talk about Percy Jackson & the Olympians.
It’s a series of adventure and fantasy books written by Rick Riordan. The play
is set in the United States at the present time.
The protagonist is Percy Jackson, a son of Poseidon, god
of the sea and earthquakes. One day he discovers that all the myths of ancient
Greece are real, and the gods too, who live on Olympus, which is hidden in the
600th floor of the Empire State Building. Percy Jackson is dyslexic and has
hyperactivity. In that moment, all the monsters start to persecute him because
he is the son of some of the most important gods. They are Zeus, Hades and
Poseidon. He hides in the Camp Half-Blood (a camp
only for demigods and where they teach them to fight). There
he meets Annabeth Chase, daughter of Athena, and Grover, a satyr. They
will become best friends and they will live endless adventures with the goal of
saving the world of Cronos, the king of the Titans, who wants to destroy the
world.
The first two books,
have become movie, but they weren’t very successful.
If you like the Greek mythology and fantasy, this is your saga, I
promise.

New Technology
Hi bloggers!
Tech is still going on and the future is near, it is nearer
than what we think. For this reason, I’ll show you the last, and what I
personally think that are at least the best tech advances, taking into account
there’s one every 3 or 4 months and sometimes more. So let’s go with the list:
5. Samsung Galaxy
gear S3
This is not just another classy smart watch to be
connected. It follows you with its four days of battery, and it checks your
sport activities even if there’s water or dust involved.
This car is just for people who love to have everything
under control in every moment, even if they are driving. For this reason, Volvo
presents us the last 2017 prototype of SUV. You can use the Microsoft band 2 to
give orders to your car like, turn on the lights or open the doors.
This is the first intelligent scale that gives you
recommendations, and it follows your diet by connecting with your smart phone.
It also send you alerts and it can be used by 8 users at the same time.
2. The Oakley
sportive glasses
They have developed
the unique sportive glasses that show you information on the lenses. They come with
lots of different sensors like speedometer, gyroscope, muscle sensors, etc.
1.
Nanoestructurated
glass
This
year the CIO had found the way of saving data on a layer of glass using a 5D laser printing system, this
will make that one 5 cm of diameter could save 360 T of data. And it can be
saved during 13.800 years without any problem.

My Father, an Anecdote
Hi blogger!
Today I will explain to you one anecdote that happened to my father. It was when we arrived in Spain eleven years ago...
My father found a job, as a nursing assistant. He had to go to Joanic, but my father didn’t know how to go by underground.
When he looked at a map of the underground, he took the wrong direction
so he went to the other side. Suddenly, he called us and he said that he was
lost. When we heard his voice, he was almost crying, and my brother and I decided to go and find him.
When we arrived, my
father had his eyes red because he was scared.

Bloody Mary
Hi guys, in this blog I will explain a creepy urban story about Bloody
Mary. The story became popular in the school when many years ago Mary died, and
her family buried her. During these ages, people have buried others with a bell
next to her.
One day, Mary woke up from his coffin and touched the bell but nobody heard
her. The next day, her family watched the bell and opened the coffin. Mary was
there with a very bad appearance. Mary said an evil spell, so if you say her
name three times watching a mirror, she will appear and kill you.
There are more versions about the story but this is the most popular one.
If you wonder why I said a mirror, it is because in the popular culture, people
think that the mirror is a door to go to the other world. Other names for Mary
are Mary Worth and Mary Whales.
I think that this urban story is false because I have been looking for
videos before to investigate about the topic, and I have never found a real video.
Thank
you for reading my blog entry and I hope that you now understand better this
urban story.

The Best Afternoon with my Friends
The best afternoon with my friends was that day when we went to the bowling alley and I won the game. I was the last one, but I got ahead of myself and put myself first. My friends were surprised, but nobody got angry. After the bowling, we went to the duck's park and we climbed a little mountain and we started to sing and dance the song of "La gatiposa feliz".
When we were bored of staying in this park, we went to the other park
and then we came back to our houses, but on the way home we were singing in the
street and the other people looked at us. We were happy and we had a good time.
When we arrived home, we talked about interesting things but we were calmer
now. In short, it was the perfect evening with the right people.

Terror Movies
Hi bloggers!
Why are the people afraid of the
terror movies if they know that all the actors are just wearing costumes? Why do
other people love this type of movies?
First of all, I’d like to say that
I don’t understand why there are people who love them, when there aren’t real situations
that fulfil this emotion.
Our emotions change depending on
the emotional situation in which we are. If I have positive emotions, in that moment
it increases the cardiac pace, the breathing and the arterial pressure,
therefore, there is more excitation. But also the opposite case can happen, when
you are through a bad moment and the negative emotions also increase.
Only 10 % of the population enjoys
the increase of adrenaline in the situations of strong or striking emotions to put
our body in alert. It can also be that there are people who have difficulties
to reject the stimuli that we don’t wish. This provokes that our brain does not
assimilate well what happens, and that means that we don’t want to watch these
films anymore.
Personally, the terror movies are that
kind of movies that I don’t like to see, since I easily get into the character
and my emotions too. For me, the experience turns out to be unpleasant.
